I have been reading food blogs for a couple of years now, and am finally taking the plunge and making one of my own. There are so many things I want to write about here, but I think I’ll start with something simple – what I eat in a day.
Breakfast is usually eggs, with either bacon or sausages, or sauteed veggies, or cheese.
Lunch is either leftovers, or a big salad, or a wrap (on a gluten-free brown rice tortilla). The one pictured here is sliced turkey, two strips of bacon, half an avocado, and spinach.
And for dinner, well, it depends. Joel and I don’t always eat exactly the same thing, but similar. For example, if we’re having burgers, he’ll have his on a bun and I’ll have mine with a big salad. But generally, we have meat, a veggie or two. Occasionally some rice.
It’s all gluten-free, healthy, and satisfying for both me and Joel.
