Reader Appreciation Giveaway!

Today is reader appreciation day!

Why, you ask? Because one year ago today, I hit “publish” on my very first post. Click to read it (it’s okay if you laugh at it – it makes me laugh, but not as much as my very second post.)

I never would have guessed before I started blogging just how much time and effort it would actually take. And I love sharing my stories and my food here, but I can say for certain that I would not still be doing it if it weren’t for all of you, my readers.

To say thank you for your sweet comments and emails, for sharing your stories with me, and just for reading, I’ve assembled a little “reader appreciation gift basket” with several of my gluten-free favorites.

One lucky winner will receive:

A copy of Elana Amsterdam’s Gluten Free Cupcakes cookbook
A bag of coconut flour so you can start baking cupcakes right away
A bottle of blood orange olive oil from Seattle Olive Oil Company (you can read about the first time I tried it here)
